Every service provided by GoLink SEO is delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced, stored, or shipped. Deliverables are sent via email or secure file-sharing link to the email address provided at checkout. Specific formats include: PDF reports, shared Google Docs or spreadsheets, Looker Studio dashboard access links, live URLs for link placements, GA4 property access, and video screen recordings depending on the service.

A project is considered started when all three of the following conditions are met: (a) payment has been received and confirmed; (b) the onboarding call has taken place; (c) the Client has provided the minimum required platform access (Google Search Console and GA4 read access at minimum). Delivery timelines run from the date all three conditions are satisfied. Client delays in providing access extend delivery timelines accordingly and do not constitute a delivery failure by GoLink SEO.
Every link placement is delivered with: the live URL of the article containing the link; the publication name; the Domain Rating (DR) and organic traffic estimate at the time of placement; the anchor text used; and the date of publication. We do not count a link as delivered until the article is live and the link is verified as crawlable. If a placement link is removed within 12 months of delivery, we replace it at no additional credit cost on a comparable publication.

Deliverables are considered accepted if no written objection is raised within 7 business days of delivery. Objections must be specific and reference the agreed written scope. GoLink SEO addresses legitimate scope objections within 5 business days at no additional credit cost.
If delivery is delayed because the Client has not provided required access, feedback, or approvals within agreed timeframes, GoLink SEO is not in breach of this Delivery Policy. We will notify the Client in writing and resume delivery as soon as required inputs are received.
