These Terms of Service govern all service agreements between GoLink SEO S.r.l. ("GoLink SEO", "we", "us") and any individual or entity ("Client") purchasing services through golinkseo.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms. If purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
GoLink SEO provides digital marketing services including Authority Link Building, Technical Sprint, Rank Intelligence, Visibility Expansion, Paid Performance, and Local Capture. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced, shipped, or stored.
The specific scope of each credit-funded engagement is confirmed in a written project brief or strategy document agreed between the parties before execution begins. This written scope governs the engagement.
GoLink SEO uses a credit-based pricing model. Clients purchase credit packs (Starter, Growth, or Scale) and apply credits to services at published credit costs per unit. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits do not expire. Prices are in Euros (EUR). Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
Italian businesses with a registered P.IVA must contact GoLink SEO before purchase to ensure correct fattura elettronica documentation is issued.
GoLink SEO does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, organic traffic volumes, click-through rates, ROAS levels, or conversion rates. Search engine algorithms, paid advertising platform auction dynamics, and market conditions are outside our control. We guarantee the quality and quantity of deliverables described in the agreed scope and report outcomes transparently each month.
The Client agrees to: provide accurate information at checkout and onboarding; grant required platform access (Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads where applicable) within 5 business days of project start; review strategy documents and deliverables within 7 business days of delivery; and not simultaneously engage other agencies for services overlapping the agreed scope without informing GoLink SEO in writing.
All deliverables produced under contract (reports, content, strategy documents, creative assets) are licensed to the Client for their own business use upon full payment for the relevant work. GoLink SEO retains the right to reference the engagement (without disclosing confidential commercial data) in case studies and portfolio materials, unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing within 30 days of project completion.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality over proprietary information shared during the engagement. GoLink SEO will not disclose client business data, campaign metrics, strategy details, or financial information to third parties without written consent, except as required by Italian or EU law.
GoLink SEO's total liability to the Client for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 12 calendar months preceding the claim. GoLink SEO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or business opportunities caused by search engine algorithm updates, platform policy changes, or market conditions outside our control.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Piacenza, Italy, unless the Client is a consumer resident in another EU member state, in which case they may bring proceedings before their local courts under applicable EU consumer protection law.
