Technical Sprint is a time-boxed technical SEO engagement — a structured audit and implementation sprint that diagnoses and resolves the technical problems holding your site back. We move fast, we document everything, and you have a fixed deliverable at the end.
Technical SEO has two parts that most audits conflate: identifying issues and prioritising them correctly. A Screaming Frog crawl of most websites will produce hundreds of flagged items. The majority of them have no meaningful impact on rankings. The ten items that do matter are buried somewhere in the list.
Our Technical Sprint separates signal from noise. We run a full crawl, layer it against Google Search Console data, cross-reference with CrUX (Chrome User Experience Report) field data for Core Web Vitals, and produce a ranked implementation plan — not a raw issue list. Each item is classified by its likely ranking impact (high/medium/low), the estimated developer effort to fix it, and the priority order in which fixes should be made.
For sites with under 500 pages, the sprint typically takes 5–7 business days. For larger sites, we work in staged phases. At the end, you have a documented plan your development team can execute — or we can manage the implementation as an additional service.
A Parma e-commerce retailer recovered 58% of traffic lost after a site migration within 6 weeks of implementing our Technical Sprint recommendations.
Studio Dentistico Bellini improved their Core Web Vitals from failing to passing across all pages after our technical sprint, resulting in a significant improvement in local search visibility.
